How to Play Shadow Force Mode in PUBG Mobile?
The latest PUBG Mobile update introduces a new mode with a new respawn mechanic. The mode is time-limited. It is available until March 11th. The new PUBG Mobile mode takes its name after the new melee weapon. Players will be able to wield the Shadow Blade. This is a sword with an area-of-effect aura. The Draw Slash perk allows users to quickly move across the battlefield. The Assault Blade is a passive skill that stops frontal projectiles.
Two other new items are available as well. We have the Skytether Hook that provides a way to move super fast. The Proxy Scout is a tactical item that allows you to control a dummy to gather info on your enemies.
The new respawn mechanic works only on the Erangel map. You have an extra respawn chance in the first eight minutes of the game. You will have to take part in a respawn battle. This will happen on another island inside a seclusion zone. You cannot leave this area once you are in. If you do that, you are automatically defeated. We will have respawn points in random places. If you can reach a point before the time runs out, you rejoin the fight. You can bypass this with a special item that randomly appears in this area. Should you find it, you immediately return to the battlefield. This mechanic activates only once, so don’t count on it to save you more than once. When a combatant that has a respawn card is defeated, the item will be used to retake the player to the fight. In case of a second defeat, the player goes to another battlefield in the respawn battle. You can go back if you finish a mission. If the player that gets defeated doesn’t have such a card, they get to go to the respawn battle zone. You can return if you complete the mission. If you are defeated again, you can come back if you have a card or you are recalled by a teammate. In the respawn battle, you can always be recalled but only once. If you are in such a battle and you don’t get a recall when defeated, you are out.
We also have some Metro Royale updates. This is a four-square km area that is covered in snow. The place is constantly changing which means that you can adapt your strategy. You can set up an ambush in the mountains. You can use the zip line for flanking. There is always the choice of rushing, of course.
